slackin away at home now

had a late breakfast with mum
and mornin till afternoon was spent chattin with her
updatin her with my life and her .. on her various gossips or happenings she heard

i like tat aspect of my mum
not afraid to tell me anythin
even if its somethin i dun like
its for my own good she will say ..
BUT she will get angry woh
hahahah
and i WILL SENSE it when she is displeased with somethin
she WUN TALK to me if she's angry

but this is wat i call open communication
and i tink this is wat alot of parent-child are lackin in now ..
when have u heard of youngsters nowadays talkin to their parents abt anythin?
sch ? friends? relationship?

i tell my mum everythin ( to a large extend) LOL
there's nothin to hide
and i dun see the need to ..

she's the one that will always be there to listen to me ..
i feel most comfortable talkin to her
and NO she's not those traditional auntie .. which i am glad of ..
she's open to alot of things
maybe due to her work which allows her to interact with alot of ppl
from all walks of life

she will always say
life is ours
not the parents
they do watever they wan
parents can only guide .. bring them calm or let them have a retreat if in times of need
parents instill in them the proper values ..
if they stray its their responsibilities to rein them in

and she's very hospitable
to my friends tat is .. heh
and if u ever come over to meet her
u know wat i mean?
right ?

i have disappoint her with my studies last time
i wun disappoint her again
she done so much for me
so its only good i repay her back t
bit by bit
anythin within my means ..
food hunt is wat i suggest cause she loves food

and her upcomin trip to JAPAN
( looks at bankbook)
its time to set aside some money ...
hahaha
