budget hightlights.. for now

Govt tops up Lifelong Learning Endowment Fund by S$800m

"To encourage Singaporeans to upgrade themselves further, the government will also subsidise part-time degree programmes - a move that is not provided now.

Those who wish to pursue a part-time course particularly at the three public-funded universities and UniSIM, can expect a 40 percent subsidy for course programmes from the Government."

SIM global not mentioned...
NTU and NUS dont even have much part-time degrees to consider in the first place..
Now to pour over my options again.
