updates on my sprained ankle

i think and feel that it got worse..tsk tsk

looking kinda swollen and puffy and after some rubbing from dear

it managed to subside abit

so hopefully i can endure tml's ushering -_-"

and when did i get that sprain?

i really do not know =.=
