i dug out my knee-length skirt to wear for helping out during the convocation and in the end ..
the handling of us was so disorganised and uncoordinated that we waited in vain till 4 pm?
argh
but the sight of the graduating students brought out in me a bittersweet feeling..

i feel proud+envious+glad+disappointed all rolled into one..
but what is done cannot be undone.. mistakes to be learnt, future yet to be decided :)

AND
my ankle seems to be better today.

yesterday it swelled quite badly maybe cause of my stubborness to travel over to dear's place

On sun, i hobbled my way to marine parade to have breakfast with my dear :P though he was insisting that i shouldnt have

BUT i wanted to go over and i like it, with katong, siglap and joo chiat at close proximity, with the various mainroads and sidelanes and quaint shophouses and refurbished ones adding lots of colours and flavour to the blend of cultures, it doesnt matter that i have to take a bus or walk long distances due to its inaccessbility.

gerry's a glutton who's always on a quest to find new food and places of interest

i finally got him to try the Cheesecake cafe with me :D and it was GOOD! solid stuff and full of flavours, even his mum and sis gave the thumbs up.
the ambience was so soothing too, with lots of fans and orange lights for the place, giving it a calming effect.

AND i saw pasta fresca nearby too, next stop!
i told him about the reviews and he gamely agreed to go there when he has the time again.
i like my guy who's adventurous and he's the one who will tease me and say i am being too "safe" and "serious" -_-"
