last night went dinner with dear at changin appetites at MS
ordered this mushroom dish for starter
then he had lamb shank
i had wasabi fish n chips
his is good
mine is bad there's no taste at all beside this wasabi sauce they provided

came back home on sat mornin .. felt brave to wear my bikini again LOL
for a swim with mum at JE sport complez..

sigh i feel so flabby but at least it gave me more motivation to lose the flab
i just need to tone my abs and waist
the rest is fine.. to me tat is HAHAHA
consolin myself.. well at least i have somethin to FILL the bikini LOL -_-"

now i'm a few shades darker but i feel healthier and more confident of my bod..
just need to tone..
i dun wanna be shapeless..
