for my workplace.
The workplace has a list of courses for staff to attend, from IT to Personal development to Communications courses etc for our upgrading. The workplace also linked up with external providers for some of the courses.

So the "greedy" me has my sights set on a few courses. Hopefully, I am able to take with my colleague.

Learning and Personal Development
Outline:
Learning is never a destination but a journey. This programme aims to get individuals to embark on their personal journey of lifelong learning and be aware of global change taking place and its impact on their performance in the workplace and show how they should constantly upgrade and learn in order to be effective and competent worker in the new economy.

Problem-Solving & Decision Making
Through this module, essential competencies (knowledge, skills and attitude) involved in making appropriate decisions and taking responsibility for the decision made will be covered.

Communication and Relationship Management
This module provides a foundation for effective communication and managing of workplace relationships. Participants will be taught the basics of how to participate in workplace communications, including learning to work in teams and acquiring basic negotiation skills.

Upgrading oneself, its never enough. :)
