sometimes.. ppl do not need to set such clear boundaries..
its ok to be "blurred" under certain circumstances
not everything must have a "return" policy

sometimes its OK to give WITHOUT expecting any returns..
sometimes its the ACT itself and not the actual item that is more worthy
sometimes the item itself without the ACT might not seem as worthy

its good to plan far
BUT sometimes its better to leave some allowances for OTHER developements

Its about two civil servants with vast backgrounds and qualifications and different approaches to how things should be done..

after they exchanged bodies then they realised the kind of "troubles" each original character faced and the kind of effects their decisions brought about.


They became more understanding, more compassionate for either character and tried to resolve the predicaments faced by the individual previously and also the whole department



Some of the scenes were hilarious, etc the "BLACK N WHITE" and the "arrow shooting" parts


HOWEVER it does hold some truth in it..

With the various levels above you, you cant afford to make mistake and you have to gain many approvals before you can actually carry out some decision or action .. and to PREVENT some levels from misinterpreting your actions or to make sure your actions are being kept in the "KNOW", people will CC and BCC to various people.


IN CASE some of the superiors say "i did not know about that" and thus will try to push their responsibilties away leaving you to fend for yourself if it goes awry.

The movie also taught values like "Filial Piety"
By giving your parents money aint enough to qualify for "Filial Piety".
Ask yourself, when's the last time you sat down to really talk to them or listen to their worries and concerns or just to make some small talk or plain gossiping?
When was the last time you did something for them beside giving them allowances?
What parents want aint just fufilling their material needs, they have their emotional needs too.
Sometimes what they need is just someone to be there to listen to them...or just having a proper dinner together AS a family.

oh another thing that the movie taught.
"learning is a neverending process"
that's my signature sign-off in my email.
Always keep yourself updated, either in general affairs or your qualifications.
SPore has been importing so many foreign talent and its a matter of time whereby i THINK alot of industries will be runneth over by them.
THe caused the public to have its fears and thats why the government has been placing empasis on priorities on "its own people" when it comes to welfare and jobs to quell their fears recently.

Overall.. i like it.

went tampines for kel's housewarmin..
no distance is too far to visit an old friend :P

from thursday night onwards.. it was pineapple tarts, pineapple tarts on fri night, Vday lunch on sat then pineapple tarts at night
and half of today, pineapple tarts
for today, mum prepared the pineapple jam first while i did abit of marketin
the crowd'a horrible everywhere

now u know why i wun fancy pineapple tarts either when i go visitin or from commercial places
we always distribute home-made ones to relatives lol
and this yr we had chocolate cookes and almond tarts too..

so no more tarts or any pastry for the weeks to come for me ..

for VDAY
we went HOG's BREATH at chimes
the steak is SOLID, well marinated and with a bit of burnt edges to give it that "smoked" feeling

and it's almost twice the size of those from JACK's PLACE
i'm a meat person and i like it MEDIUM RARE
u must see some of the bloodiness to enjoy the tenderness of the steak
if its well done, i feel that the tenderness and its juicyiness is all gone

i would say i am neither or neutral

cause i think i have seen the really rich,the average and the below average
i think i have seen different faces of these "categories" too
and the most detestable ones aint restricted to the rich or the humble ones aint restricted to the average

different personalities spans across different financial capabilities
it aint the wealth that mould their personality although it might influence them

so i prefer to "remove" their "financial backgrounds" and be friends with their "characters" and "personalities"

thus i am neutral

there will be envy sure.. but we cannot let it get to our heads..
different ppl different types of living
we can also be happy in our ways

gonna celebrate dear's friend's birthday LOL
at first did not really know wat to say to the guys .. there's 6 guys and me at first LOL
then when we reached O BAR
there's no awkwardness anymore
played some games and jokes and the guys were teasin each other..
and the liquor came..

i reckon there's like at least 8 jugs? if memory did not fail me
the music was somethin like reggae + hip_hop + RnB
fast and catchy good for some swayin hahahah all of us had some bit of dance streak in us or else its the liquor

then it was cam-whorin
din know the guys love takin self portraits too :P

guess i'm accepted by them already
