NGOs call for change in way sex education is taught to students

"believe schools should move away from just preaching moral values like abstinence, and start teaching about safe sex and protection from the disease"

"studying the possibility of having routine voluntary HIV screening at clinics and hospitals"
now then they realise?
alot of gov organisations are too "morally inclined"
but not everyone will follow with these "morals preached"
and for those who strayed
at least they will know what to do
there's always two sides to a coin
u cant always focus on the "moral" side without seeing the "realistic" side
or trying to ignore the problems
sometimes the mind ISNT stronger than the body
its still NOT TOO LATE
