i tink most ppl would have know the governmnet has implemented this "spotcheck" on youths below 17 found loiterin around late at night

those found loitering or "prone to crimes" will have particulars taken down and a letter will be sent to their parents

it sounds good BUT i wonder if the letters will ever reach their parents
the youngsters can just "waylay" the letters BEFORE it ever get to their parents..

strait times' news crew did a random check at a few neighbourhood places and some shoppin centres and saw several groups of youths sittin around
most of them just chattin BUT some were drinkin AND smokin and bein a nuisance
like jeerin or whistlin at passerbys

its because ppl like this cause the government to implement such plans ..
i'm not against youths gatherin late at night BUT it must be DECENT

youths smokin and drinkin thinkin they are on top of the world
think they are all so cool
havin the attitude " this is my right i can do watever stuff and whenever i wan "

i cant stand youngsters smokin esp gals
WAT THE HELL ARE THEY THINKIN OF ?
cool ? NONSENSE
its EXTREMELY UGLY TO ME
i mean if u are older and smoke due to social reasons or somethin i can understand or accept
but to smoke cause u think its cool or due to peer pressure ?tats lame

i tink i am gonna be whacked ! hahahahahah
but i say watever i like
dun like it dun read my post

oh well .. watever i say wun make a diff anyway
just rambling
cause my area always have alot of ppl loiterin around
way past midnight
most are there for chit chat sessions
but it gets freaky somtimes when u know some of the groups are up to no good
esp when a whole bunch of guys turn to look at u wahahaha

youngsters and their freedom .. i feel they are "exploiting their given rights instead"
they are askin for too much that they can hold responsible to...

i am not sayin all those who loiter are bad influence.. just be careful .. and be smart
if not i wun be surprise to read in the papers

"petty crimes and abortion rate on the rise among youths..."
