Job Post

I saw another ex colleague's post on job search so thought of sharing alittle of mine

It took me..

2+ mths, 100 job applications, 8 interviews, 1 rejection before I landed the new job

The 1 rejection was due to the low pay, they only managed to match my pay though i liked the scope too

For the One that I signed, Took me 3 interviews, 3 interviewers, 4 tests(3 personality, 1 essay)
it's a permanent job too

and I manage to postpone the start date to end jul
hoping to qualify for bonus from existing job!

It's HR job in Healthcare :)

it's kinda like starting from scratch as I am switchin job scope entirely
and most companies deemed my existin job to be "Too specialised"
and that proved to be deadly and a "job killer"

but, it's still a start.
If I stay longer, it will be EVEN HARDER to switch

HOPEFULLY it'll be a GOOD start.

HOPE I can handle the new environment and new job scope.
