And so..THIS is it.

I have enquired and they said

"To be Eligible for Performance Bonus, you need to be in service on 30th June, regardless of whether you are serving your notice or not"

That settled my uneasiness.

AND I have 22 days of ANNUAL leave left, after deducting about 9, I still have 11

which I HOPE to convert to PAY.

Must be caculative, every bit of money matters.

No holidays for US too, till end of the yr to BANGKOK with the group as that one was planned long time ago.

AND yes, after almost 6 LONG YEARS in my current job, it's time to MOVE ON.

I have not tendered, waiting for the opportunity to do so.
My new JOB has been confirmed.
Start date has been confirmed too.
My new workplace was being very very accomodating by agreeing to postpone my start date so I could get my BONUS from the current workplace.

Totally new role, relevant to what I had studied for my degree, totally not relevant to what I had been doing till now.

It's a new phrase, new challenges.

New Career Path wont be smooth at first BUT I WILL SURVIVE and come out better.

For a better future, higher pay, more learning opportunities.

I have many plans in mind AND this is only my first step.

Hopefully we can secure a flat soon and have wedding then move into new flat.

Must spread out the different events so that we can have more control over our finances.
We will want the best possible within our means for the wedding AND the flat.

By then I will have worked at least a year to qualify for annual leave, clear probation and grow roots in new workplace

I will miss everyone.
