been a LONG DAY, bloggin from office .. and that @!$#@@ machine's givin me loads of trouble again

and my boss wants ans that i cant ans

have to consult the specialist..
i wish they send me for further trainin or related seminars etc at least i will know more and can ans her qns..
i will not feel so frustrated then..
not knowin somethin makes me irritable.. sigh..
