Had a great New Year's eve countdown with dear and also New Year's day meetup with friends.
Did not manage to wake up to go Bukit Timah hill for hike but we had steamboat at night with my family and also celebrated my parents' 29th year wedding anniversary :))

Met mum and youngest sis after halfday at work and treated them to Yaki Yaki Bo teppanyaki at Jurong Point. After lunch went off to find dear.
Dear and I had dinner at Puggol Marina, Sakura Grill and steamboat buffet! lol
Luckily we went early as the whole place was reserved and we walked in only but the restaurant managed to let us eat till from 530pm-730pm
had a stroll along the pier before we headed down to EAST COAST!
we did some light fishing!
Caught 29 fishes in less than 2 hrs LOL I had a few double hookups too!
AND THEN THE FLARES AND FIREWORKS STARTED~
We could see from the jetty and it was such a beautiful sight..
We counted down to the New Year, just the two of us, simple and away from the crowds

Had the first meal of the day at KOVAN at the thai restaurant.
After that, went back to prepare to meet our friends for movie and dinner.
It was raining heavily at dear's place so we had to take the cab down instead.
Caught " THE TOURIST"- ANGELINA JOLIE IS SO HOT, CLASSY AND SEXY in the show hahaha
Dinner was at Mahanttan Fish Market before we proceeded over to ALPS for some beer and ktv.
The travelling part to ALPS was hilarious, my friends will know why..
we squeezed 7 ppl in a car HAHAHA
One of the girls had great singing prowess! and she's the youngest and newest member to this group of friends~
had a good time playing Monopoly Deal, some fruity beer (of course dear and I just had a glass each :P) and just listening to her sing.
We went back my place around 1+am therefore we couldnt wake up in time for the hike the next day. Luckily mum never nagged at us :X

Lazed around at home, I went marketing with dear, watched shows online before we prepared steamboat at night ~
Dad then surprised mum with a cake after dinner, (though she nagged but she still appeared happy when posing for photos :D)
It was also their 29th year wedding anniversary~ lol sweet right? My dad will surprise mum with something every year :)
we played Monopoly Deal again~
Sis invited her friend for dinner so the 4 of us played till 9pm.

Dear wasnt feeling well so I accompanied him home.
While enroute to his place, we went Carrefour to look for his kayak trolley wheels.. but couldnt find. We bought ingredients instead as dear wanted to cook for dinner~
Went back, played Monopoly Deal with dear's sis before dear cooked dinner :)))
Lazed at night before dear sent me back even though he's still not feeling well..
