Of Birthdays and Shopping

201109

Went Chinese Garden to meet dear to look at his lights.. then headed over to a kopitiam for dinner.
We had fish steamboat and we agreed that it is one of the better one in the west or at least of those we tried ..fresh ingredients and the soup's not too salty.. the only problem was the charcoal smell..alittle overwhelming to us.
Dear then came back with me and we watched shows at night.

fresh!

my little family :P

Went marketing with dear in the morning, then watched shows again before going grandpa's place to celebrate his birthday. There's catered buffet from NEOGARDERN, worth the money for its taste and deco :)
Aunts and cousin took lots and lots of photos heh, will take from them another time.
Went back dear's place for the night. The bus we took went through Orchard and we managed to see some of the christiamas lights~ will go there again soon to capture the lights.

meesiam is good

grandpa is almost 90..so we decided to skip the candles..
can see that he was so happy that night
he cant stop smiling whole night..

and the funny thing was.. even my younger cousin starting asking when I am getting married LOL.
*diverts arrows to dear*

Woke up early in the morning and headed to Kranji with dear, his mum and sis. Going over to JB for shopping! I think I am damn suaku ah, never actually been to JB to shop though I passed by a few times before...

So we shopped.. and eat..from 11am till we left the JB at 830pm LOL
Went two shopping centres.. had Old Town for breakfast, Bak Kut teh for lunch which was recommended by his mum and had StoneGrill for dinner.

I LOVE my loots. LOL.
If not for dear always stopping me, I would have gotten much more.. -_-
Though I was grumpy, I still satisfied my shopping "addiction"

WILL go back for more.

and this week alone, I spent more than 500bucks..two birthdays, on grandpa's angpow, sis' angpow and my JB shopping and two shoes at JP when I met my polymates.

But.. "as the wallet empties, the heart is filled"
