the lecturer kept changing his mind about the assignment criterias and format and whatnots!!

AND my partner and I thought we can edit this weekend for submission already ...
ARGH!!
I DID ask the lecturer regarding the format a few weeks ago and his answers differed from week to week ...
WHAT AM I TO BELIEVE??

Now, we have to REARRANGE the whole essay.. shucks.

Loving someone is like flying a kite.
Flying a kite can be the most wonderful experience.
However, sometimes the kite crashes. You have to lift if it back up, get it to fly again.
Sometimes the kite just flies easily. It takes off.
A relationship starts and just happens.
A kite takes effort to fly in the sky. It takes work.
Attention in a relationship.
Feel the pull of the kite.
Listen to your partner. What are your partners needs? How is that person pulling you? Is that person starting to fall? Pull the string in and bring the person closer to you.
Then there is the wind, the conditions.
This is the context of where you are in your life. Sometimes the conditions can be tough.
To fly a kite, you have to be light.
A heavy kite burdened with troubles will have a hard time flying.
One has to take care of their kite, look after its condition.
Tape it when it has wounds. But not to overly smother it with tape, or it won’t take off.
When the kite flies, it’s so majestic! Floating. Amazing.
Yet through the hard times of the crash are when we are closest together.
The string connects.
If you want to separate from someone, how do you cut the string? When? In mid-flight? At a crash? If the kite is flying fine, yet the conditions are starting to look bad, do you cut the string?
But be careful for the crash, you don’t want to have irreparable harm.
Don’t cut the string and let the kite go anywhere, confused and lost. Eventually it will crash. Don’t purposefully pull the kite down to crash.
Often the conditions of one’s life will cause the relationship to crash. Will the kite be beyond the repair capabilities of the flyer, but not for another flyer? Or will the flyer learn how to repair the kite? And let it fly again.
I remember how flying a kite is just an incredible feeling—being in love.
And the frustration of not being able to get a kite to fly—trying to get a relationship to work and fly.
Or the excitement of finding a kite, only to have a hard time flying it.
And the long time it takes to search for a kite that will fly with you. How it may seem to take forever to find the right pairing.
Letting a kite fly away is like letting someone be themself, yet intimately connected. Helping the other person to fly and show their colors to the world.
And when the kite starts to fall, you run, you pull it in. You do everything to try to keep it afloat. And when it crashes, you desperately run towards it. You look over the kite with love and see what’s wrong, and do everything in your power to get the kite back up, but realizing that it takes time.

Went Jalan Besar for breakfast, went home before going Kallang Leisurepark for Movie, WALL STREET. GREED IS EVIL, not MONEY.

Went FISHING at Bedok Jetty after that. Did not catch much fish but its the lazy leisure way of spending time together..

Went Brunch with dear and his mum at this new THAI restaurant at KOVAN. FANTASTIC.
Most Authentic that I have ever tried. We dropped dear's mum off before heading back to my place.

Dear came over my place and did cables for my house, we added new internet cable and dear did the drilling and the brackets for me.
My internet is working and even better now!
Thankful for dear.. he spent hours doing the cables for me..

I treated my family to dinner PARADISE INN at West Coast Plaza~
especially for dear. DInner was great especially the double boiled soup!

dear came back with me with me before leaving for home much later at night..

I misses him already...spent good quality time together :)
Exams coming soon argh.. cannot spend such leisure time much often next time

Dear recently helped me to source and custom build a new CPU cause Iwas always complaining about how it auto shutdown, hang, no internet etc and three of us fighting over a laptop..

Friday 17 sept

Almost met with an accident, damn. Happened when I was on way home in cab with classmate after class at night.
Was in cab with a classmate when the cab E brake. Was caught in the middle of a car and a lorry and seems like the car in front wanted to turn right suddenly and our cab had to Ebrake, causing the lorry behind to Ebrake too.. zzz

Sat 18 sept

dear called at 5+am in the morning, he's going malaysia fishing with his friends
I was up at 7+ and mum went work in the morning, both sis went school later so left snoopi and I at home
Did assignment till 2+ before mum came back with lunch then continued till 5+pm before i accompanied mum to her mid-autumn celebration lol
Potluck for her gang again. I went there to be my mum's photographer lol and of course free food :D

Did alittle work after I'm back and watched some new anime series

Sun 19 sept

brought mum to IMM and treated her to breakfast, had Cafe Cartel's breakfast set heh
we then strolled through GIANT and did grocery shopping. Mum taught me some tricks in choosing too hahah

I bought Secret Receipe cakes for her too~~

Reached home around 1pm and did work for another assignment till 7? for dinner at the coffeeshop outside with family.

dear came back around 8+and called me :D
concussed early on sun night

Mon 20 sept

did work till 630pm.. and poor dear had to wait almost an hr for me

we went to eat MALA steamboat at Pioneer Wharf~ that satisfied my cravin and dear bought GoodWood Mooncakes for my family~
I also bought a box from GoodWood Park last week for my family, mine was the snowskin, dear's was the "wu ren"

dear came back with me and fetched me to work today~

one night, that's all needed to make me happy for days :D
