today went shoppin with mum again heh
at FAR EAST Plaza.. for CNY clothes

and MY HAUL was good heh

not for the ang pow but for the ppl .. its been awhile since i've seen my relatives and cousins on my mum's side.
for dad's side, its already a monthly affair that we have gatherings LOL

hmm went to this "RAMEN TEN" at the basement of FAR EAST PLAZA.. wasnt too good
the noodles too tough in comparison to AJISEN.. but soup base is still alright..



then went to shop around LOL squeezin with the people etc
after that went to ISETAN supermarket to stock up on SOBA SAUCE..
hey i can make some decent japanese food alright LOL



and then brought MUM to TCC for some "High tea" LOL
its good once in awhile..



then dinner was at FOOD REPUBLIC..luckily it was not TAT crowded..

a fren told me this line

was talkin to a colleague
she's kinda worried about the future if she's to study as this will create an educational difference between herself and her bf which will translate into different in earnin power next time

she sounds ambitious and expects the guy to be ABOVE
in terms of financial stability and earnin power

its true and its common knowledge and its expected by alot of women

BUT WHAT IF THAT SCENARIOR CANNOT BE ACHIEVED?

do you drop that person and find someone better?

its up to individuals already .. and how they are to cope
and i applaud my colleague for plannin so far ahead..

they already laid out the various possibilities and the diff solutions to possible hiccups

went out with MY MUM on sunday

first stop, breakfast! brought mum to Bukit Panjang Plaza for toast at WANG JIAO coffeehouse, had some kaya toast and my kopi-O
simple indulgences.. :)

secondly, went grandpa's house to visit him BUT he was out, an aunt had brought him out shopping LOL
handed my gift to a cousin to help me hand over to him(a red pig i bought from Singapore Mint)
i know elderly folks will like decorative stuff heh

thirdly, we went to visit another aunt who had recently fractured her elbow..
she seems fine and thats good to know

and then the main purpose of our outing
SHOPPIN AT ORCHARD

had been wantin to buy some intimates for ages LOL
brought MUM to CK TANG
the brands i wanted are found in almost every shoppin centre and the prices are fixed everywhere

the reason why we had to travel so far.. for the SERVICE and the COMFORT
CK TANG has one of the best SERVICE and place for us to try our stuff in COMFORT
i do not like queuein up for the changin room with a LONG QUEUE behind me
it makes me irritable and uncomfortable and also hasty in choices

so i like to find niche places BUT with the same brands and prices

make my money worth it

and MEN will not get it
why tat little piece of cloth cost so much
hmm
simple reason
for the COMFORT and support
cause its stickin so close to me

i wouldnt wan mine to look older before its time hahahahaha

and definitely NO PUSH-UPS for me
its too bulky and too stiff

and in the end
the few we bought
can buy me another watch LOL
but its all worth it
cause it wouldnt go out of shape for a long time to come :)

went SUshi Tei for dinner.. its good~ though i feel that the branch at VIVOCITY is still the best ..

too full to do or eat anythin else..
and he aint a dessert fan.. so .. headed home early.. kinda disappointed though and tried not to show it..

i'm not the one to laze at home whenever possible ..

today went CAFE CARTEL~
the menu's changed
there are more varieties now~
the Oxtail stew is good ! shall post pics soon
i'll give 3.5/5 heh
the lambstew at SECRET RECIPE is still the best so far.. among the stews i had..

HE had his usual ST LOUIS RIBS hahaha well i'm not surprised
i had the Black Pepper Chicken Drumstick

and yes..
we CAN finish the food
with his MUM of course heh

and another day he's with me and my family
