visited both my relatives and dear's relatives, 3 houses in total

2ND DAY OF CNY

3RD DAY OF CNY

off day for me!

the first official off day I took for leisure in the 6 months that I've worked at new place

the last time I took was for my Convocation

Brought parents out for excursion

Brought them to Sembawang God of Fortune Temple to pray 

This CNY has lots of significance to me..

last time that I will have reunion dinner on the actual day with my extended family

But again, looking forward to my new family dinners

Last time that I will be receiving ang pows but also looking forward to spread some "red packets of luck" to the children and cousins next time

I had 4 steamboats in 3 days and had 4 "lou hei" till date already LOL

CNY goodies and hamper

Last weekend was spent running errands and buying CNY goodies for our families.

I went Taka last friday and bought some boxes of cookies for dear's family. Sad to say I forgot to take pictures. I bought Black Gold Tartlets for them too lol

And, I bought BOTH mums Bird's nest. LOL

I think I pamper others more than myself :x

Dear and I bought a hamper for grandpa too

with bird's nest, ginseng and other tonics for him 

and lastly 

dear bought these for my family

8 cans. 

Complete with a little red basket :D

Dear's mum gave us more CNY cookies... and our fav kueh bangkit!! simply melts in your mouth

mum LOVES it. LOL 

and she is displaying the basket proudly in our kitchen :D

Went to find dear after work at Raffles shopping centre

Waited for him and had dinner at Handburger!

Went to take night photos~

Dear brought his came and took photos at chimes~


Sat 31 Dec

Had the famous East Coast Prawn Mee for breakfast~

Went to Page One warehouse sale, Gain City Sale, Metro Sale and visited Changi Point!

The new mall opposite EXPO.

Went Friend's place for BBQ, KTV and COUNTDOWN!

Went back home around 4+ am

Bak kut teh for breakfast

SUSHI TEI for dinner~

Watched movie with our group of friends~

Watched WARHORSE!

Reached home around 1+am lol

Watched MI GHOST PROTOCOL FINALLY! At the new GV KATONG

Seats are comfy and screen quality is good, sharp and big

Went back to Parents' place as it was their 30th WEdding Anniversary!

Had steamboat at home~

Dear then went back home late at night

I miss my bf after days together..

I still dislike this "weekend only" meetups tsk tsk

but no choice cause we stay and work far from each other
